As a Nurse Practitioner, I have the capability to order and oversee
bloodwork, diagnostics, and prescriptions as appropriate,
so all of your care can be coordinated with ease.
I believe in counseling on proper nutrition
and have functional medicine training to support your whole body.

1. Prenatal Breastfeeding Education Session
A 1:1 individualized session that provides evidence-based education and practical guidance for success with breast-feeding in the early hours and days postpartum. Includes personalized nutritional counseling, and bloodwork as appropriate. Establish goals for breastfeeding in the first few days and address any personal concerns related to lactation and postpartum.

2. Low Milk Supply Support
An individualized and comprehensive visit that focuses on identifying and addressing factors that interfere with adequate milk production.
Since milk production/supply is multi-factorial, evaluation may include a functional, metabolic, and medical appropriate.
Includes personalized nutritional counseling, and bloodwork as appropriate.

3. General Lactation Support
Including : Latch and position - Poor weight gain - Oversupply - Engorgement - Pump and flange fittings - Bottle feeding issues - and more!
Includes personalized nutritional counseling, and bloodwork as appropriate for supporting milk supply.

4. Breastfeeding Medicine
Expert management of complex issues during breastfeeding which include, but are not limited to:
- Nipple trauma & wounds - Breast pain - Mastitis - Abscess diagnosis - Galactocele diagnosis - Plugged ducts - Yeast infections - Raynauds - Blebs & phlegmons - Redness, warmth - Cracked nipples - Breast scarring - Swelling - Puckering - Rashes - Itching - Vesicles and blistering - Changes in breast shape - Breast size variation - Altered skin appearance - Vitiligo - Neurofibromatosis - Nevoid hyperkeratosis - Seborrheic Keratosis - Varicella - Ringworm - Atopic Dermatitis - Contact Dermatitis - Eczema

5. Maternal Perinatal Mental Health Care
Individualized postpartum care available on an as-needed basis. Including, but not limited to
